We want you to be happy with Z-Shot. If it is not right for you, you can get your money back.

14-day money-back guarantee

All paid plans (Solo, Studio and Team, monthly or yearly) come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you request a refund within 14 days of your first payment, we will refund it in full — no questions asked.

Renewals

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your portal, and it will not renew. Renewal payments can be refunded if you contact us within 14 days of the renewal and have not used the Pro features since.

How to request a refund

Email support@ztooly.com with the email address used for the purchase, or reply to your Paddle receipt. Refunds are processed by our reseller Paddle.com to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days.

After a refund

The license connected to the refunded order is deactivated and the extension returns to the free plan. Your local captures are not affected.

AppSumo purchases

Lifetime deals bought on AppSumo are refunded through AppSumo under their policy. When AppSumo confirms a refund, the matching license is deactivated automatically.
