Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Z-Shot ("we", "us") for the use of the Z-Shot browser extension, website and customer portal (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

2. Licenses

Paid plans give you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Pro features on the number of devices included in your plan. Team plans may be shared with the members you invite. License keys may not be resold or published.

3. Purchases and payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to payment and handles returns. Prices are shown before checkout and may include applicable taxes.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

4. Refunds

Refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy.

5. AppSumo and lifetime deals

Codes redeemed through AppSumo grant the plan and device limit stated in the deal for the lifetime of the product. Codes refunded through AppSumo are deactivated.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by: attempting to break license checks, reverse engineering the paid features, uploading illegal content to shared links, or using the Service to infringe the rights of others.

7. Your content

You own the screenshots, recordings and other content you create. We do not claim any rights to it. If you upload content to share it, you give us permission to store and serve it for that purpose only.

8. Availability and changes

We work hard to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may add, change or remove features; if we remove a core paid feature you rely on, you may request a pro-rated refund.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
